All of our boards are built with PVC/WOOD cores foam and a process of lamination under pressure know as "thermovacuum".
By using a light epoxy and a combination of multiaxial meshes, unidirectional sglass and carbon reinforcements, we achieve excellent results in torsion, traction and compression. The boards are then hardened in our oven, wich makes the glass/resin relation exact, making the board lighter and hardened to perfection.
